The heart is more than the center of love; it is the center of our being. Debbie Shapiro, author of Your Body Speaks Your Mind, explores the phrase, “You have touched my heart.” What it really means, she offers, is, “You have touched the deepest part of my being.”1

There are many ways to express and experience love. Love, in its many forms, can be unconditional and profound. And there is also spiritual love, or love on a higher vibratory plane, which can transcend earthly dimensions.
